Torocco Winery, nestled in Hokuto City, Hokkaido with a serene view of Mount Hakodate, was founded in 2021 on the grounds of a former orchard called 'FRONTIER.' Inspired by the vision of Sapporo restaurant group akinagao’s chef-owner, Torocco—named after a nostalgic trolley train—embodies a slow and thoughtful approach, aspiring to convey heartfelt stories through each bottle.
