We want you to enjoy your wine shopping experience with us. This policy outlines our shipping procedures and return terms to ensure transparency and customer satisfaction.
Shipping Policy
1. Delivery Coverage
We deliver across Singapore, excluding restricted zones such as military bases and off-shore islands (e.g., Pulau Ubin, Sentosa industrial zones).
2. Delivery Fees & Timelines
For orders below 300 SGD - 25 SGD flat rate
For orders 300 SGD and above - Free Delivery
Express delivery can be arranged on a case-by-case basis, subject to mutually agreed terms.
3. Age Verification
Wine orders can only be accepted by individuals aged 18 years and above. Our delivery partners will request a valid photo ID upon delivery. If no eligible person is present, the delivery will be rescheduled.
4. Order Processing
Orders are processed within 1 business day.
Orders placed after 12PM or on weekends/public holidays will be processed the next business day.
Return & Exchange Policy
1. Return Eligibility
Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges for:

Products opened or consumed

Incorrect storage by the customer
2. Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order is damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

A clear photo of the item(s) and packaging

We will offer a replacement or full refund where applicable.
3. Failed Delivery Attempts
If delivery fails due to absence of an eligible recipient, re-delivery will be arranged with a additional fee. After two failed attempts, the order may be cancelled without refund.
