Kamiuta Vineyard

Kamiuta Vineyard is situated in what is officially Japan's smallest city - Utashinai. The city keeps shrinking each year, but Endo-san is committed to making singular expressions of Hokkaido wine from the area. Despite only making only two cuvees, these wines have already caught the attention of renowned restaurants, including Noma.
