Shinshu Takayama Winery

Shinshu Takayama Winery is interesting in that it's one of the few co-ops in Japan's wine scene. The winery works with various growers across Takayama Village, all of whom have a stake in the winery itself. In this way, their wines reflect not just the terroir, but also the collective effort of the village's people.
