Coco 10R

Coco 10R is a collaborative project between 10R Winery in Hokkaido and Coco Farm in Tochigi. Grapes used in these wines are sourced from owned vineyards or contract growers in Hokkaido, and made at 10R Winery by Bruce Gutlove, also known colloquially as one of the fathers of modern Japanese winemaking. With the winemaking prowess of arguably Japan’s most accomplished winemaker, the Coco 10R Series, crafted with wild yeast and minimal intervention, are incredible wines that truly showcase Hokkaido’s unique character.
