It takes guts to have perfectly good Pinot Noir and intentionally make a rosé instead of a red wine. Yet, Bruce, in tandem with the folks at Coco Farm, saw the value in pushing boundaries and went ahead with doing so anyway. I’m glad he did, because the results speak for themselves - a rosé with both density and freshness, redolent with rosé petals and cherry.
