Coco 10R’s Pinot Noir is quickly gaining recognition as one of Hokkaido’s, and even Japan’s, top Pinot Noirs. The wine leads upfront with a blast of rose petals on the nose and follows it up with an elegant and unmistakably Pinot-esque berry profile. On the palate, it’s texturally soft but carries some serious weight from the fantastic fruit sourced from the legendary Kimura Farm in Yoichi.
