Koaso Vineyard

Koaso Farm was founded by Yasushi Rokugawa, an ex-banker turned wine bar owner who’s passionate about promoting Japanese wine across the world. With ancestral roots in Nagano prefecture, it was only logical that Koaso Farm was started in that very prefecture, which also happened to have a climate well-suited to high-quality viticulture. Viticulture here is JAS organic certified, and their vines are tended to with the utmost care.
