Cave d'Eclat

Cave d'Eclat was founded by former sommelier Tetsuo Dekura. Despite being situated in what is quickly becoming one of Japan's premier winemaking regions, Dekura-san has stood firm in choosing to break the rules, producing unconventional blends and styles of wine. In particular is his blending of relatively 'premium' varieties like Pinot Noir with table grapes like Niagara.
