It’s not everyday you see vitis vinifera being blended with table grapes, but this wine is a prime example of why we need to think outside of the box. I’ve not tasted anything quite like this wine - a mix of fresh cut grass, sweet grapey goodness, and yet a hint of honeyed character from the Pinot Noir. The future is now, and it lies in wines like this.
