Dekura-san is certainly a maverick when it comes to his blends, and so when he was offered some Koshu from 2024’s bumper crop in Yamanashi, he leapt at the opportunity to create something new. This rosé combines Koshu’s signature fresh acidity with the warmth and depth of 2024’s Yoichi Pinot Noir to create a wine that evokes autumn in Japan.
