Singapore’s favourite casual Japanese white wine is back - this time using grapes from Tateshina and Tomi. Compared to the previous vintage’s grapes from Takayama, Tateshina sits at a lower altitude, and benefitted greatly from the warmth of the 2025 vintage. Yet, the wine retains its leesy ‘tato-esque’ character and dangerous drinkability.
