This wine was made with the express intention of preserving the delicate aromas that are found in Gio Hills’ old Chardonnay vines.
 
As such, it’s aged in oak for only six months - just enough to round out the wine.
 
The result is a wonderfully aromatic bouquet or lilies, honey, and lychee, reflecting the warm conditions of the vintage.
