In a departure from Aperture Farm’s usual style, this Merlot is structured, bold, and fires on all cylinders.
 
The ample fruit is backed by firm tannins and a distinct spiciness, while the acidity provides a firm backbone, keeping the wine juicy and inviting.
 
While it’s certainly drinkable right now, we see this wine coming together beautifully in a few years’ time.
