Don’t be fooled by the Vietnamese name, this is 100% a Japanese wine. nThe name pays homage to Tomioka-san’s time as a teacher in Vietnam, and his wife, who is Vietnamese.
 
While the grape variety here is intentionally kept a secret, the aromatic profile is quite telling - you’ll understand when you taste it! ;)
 
This was the first wine we tasted from Gio Hills, and it instantly blew us away with its textural quality, lifted aromatics, and balanced,round acidity.
