2023 was a hot and somewhat dry year for Japan.
 
These provided the ideal conditions for producing quality grapes, especially for a late-ripening variety like Nebbiolo.
 
With every yearthat passes, Sasino’s style gets more refined, and we feel this Nebbiolo is their best showing yet. It’s bold and structured, while still retaining its signature acidity.
