This Blanc de  Blanc sees one year on lees, which despite the relatively short duration has produced a wine with remarkable depth. In addition to the aromatic nature of Nagano chardonnay, this sparkling wine possesses an incredible unique “ginjo” or sake aroma, giving it a character of its own that’s unlike any other from the  region.
