Isaka-san’s dreams have come to fruition with this wine. Pinot Blanc has always been his focus, and if this wine is anything to go by, he’s well on his way to greatness. With careful viticulture, he’s managed to harvest these grapes at optimal ripeness. Complete MLF has also mellowed out PB’s otherwise sharp acidity, and has created an entirely new image of Pinot Blanc that’s not been seen anywhere in Japan before.
