Made from Chardonnay grown in Niigata City, this wine shows remarkable parallels to the aromatic and mineral characteristics of Fermier’s Albarinos. It’s distinctly fresh and vibrant, supported by roundness brought about from aging in French oak and lees contact. Such a great wine, from a region not typically associated with this grape variety.
