Made primarily from Shinano Sweet apples but 7 varieties in total, this cider’s got some real power, and a nose that’s complex and inviting. The nose is an intoxicating mix of fresh cut apple, brioche, and yoghurt, while the palate is lively and bright with a fine mousse.
