This A3 Pinot Noir predominantly utilizes Yoichi’s famous Kimura clone, and presents a more intense and structured impression than A2.
 
Unlike the A2, this Pinot Noiris destemmed, but a little bit of the stem cuttings are added back into the wine for added spice and complexity
