A3 Pinot Noir | 2023

By creating two distinct bottlings of Pinot Noir, the Sugiyamas intended to showcase two different sides of the grape in Yoichi.
 
This A3 Pinot Noir predominantly utilizes Yoichi’s famous Kimura clone, and presents a more intense and structured impression than A2.
 
Unlike the A2, this Pinot Noiris destemmed, but a little bit of the stem cuttings are added back into the wine for added spice and complexity
