Made entirely with Pinot Noir from Block 2 of Domaine Yui’s ‘A’ vineyard.
 
Unlike the A3, this wine features partial whole bunch fermentation, and presents a more light-footed approach to Pinot Noir.
 
On the nose, it’s floral and bright, while the wine itself if soft and velvety, with the rich acidity you’d expect from the region.
